What You’ll Do — Make Art and Drive Sales
As a Sales & Experience Associate , your mission is to deliver exceptional customer service while meeting and exceeding sales targets. You will:
Welcome customers and guide them through the Iris Galerie experience
Spark curiosity, explain the concept, and convert interest into sales
Handle transactions, upsell personalized products, and offer expert advice
Stay engaged and proactive during quiet times—no two days are the same
Represent the Iris Galerie brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
Who We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking someone with an eye for detail and a passion for people. The ideal candidate:
Has a strong sales mindset and a natural ability to connect with customers
Is friendly, confident, and persuasive in closing sales
Has flexible availability, including weekends
Is fluent in English (additional languages are a strong asset)
Is comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems (Adobe or photography experience is a plus)
Demonstrates reliability, initiative, and team spirit
Job Type: Part-time (15-29 Hours)
Salary: $18.5 per hour
Location: Onsite, Iris Galerie Niagara Falls (Fallsview Casino)
