We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting our valued customers with their financing needs while upholding the highest ethical and legal standards. You will work closely with our sales team and lending partners to ensure a seamless and positive experience for every customer. ReCar which is part of Shift Auto Group is an Atlantic Canadian company that is disrupting the auto industry. We offer fixed no-pressure pricing on all our certified vehicles offering a transparent and customer-centric experience. We understand that todays auto buyers want a hassle-free experience and to work with a sales advisor who is focused on finding the best vehicle for their needs not just making a sale. Analyze and verify sales contracts for accuracy. Stay informed about current financial services offerings and alternatives. Work with lenders and financial institutions to arrange customer financing. Evaluate credit applications for completeness and accuracy and match customers with appropriate financial sources. Guide Guests through the financing process finalize purchases and ensure all required documents are signed. Ensure all transactions are legal and legitimate protecting both the dealership and the customer. Exceptional customer service approachable demeanor and strong communication skills. Proven sales track record ability to align customer needs with products exceptional customer service skills and interpersonal sensitivity. A minimum of 3 years of Sales or Finance Manager experience in an Automotive Dealership The ideal candidate will possess strong mathematical skills and a solid understanding of bank and insurance terminology and processes.
