Colour assessment for lab dips (fabrics, yarns, & trims) for quality and visual consistency this includes visual (under the light box) and digital (using a spectrophotometer) review.
Ensure data integrity on both new and carry-over fabrications
Ensure data accuracy in PLM system
Maintain department colour tools (physical and digital)
Ensure colour execution and performance meet Canada Goose's rigorous performance standards.
Provides weekly updates to cross-functional team on seasonal colour and AOP developments.
Degree in Textiles, Textile Engineering or Fashion Design

• 3-year experience working as a Colourist role in the apparel industry, preferably with Outerwear and performance woven and knit experience
• Technically sound materials and colour development background within the Apparel or Textile industry
• Must pass Munsell 100 Colour Test and have a trained colour eye
• Organization skills, ability to prioritize workloads, meet critical deadlines, manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Process driven and able to handle and prioritize multiple projects at once
• Strong IT skills (MS Office, Illustrator, PLM)
