RETAIL - BOUTIQUE MANAGER

This Store Manager opportunity suits retail leaders with two to five years of management experience. You will manage daily boutique operations, develop business, supervise employees, and drive sales performance. French and English communication abilities are required.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of the Lindt Retail Boutique
Drive corporate sales and store profitability
Recruit, interview, and hire Retail Sales Associates
Train employees on sales techniques and product knowledge
Maintain merchandising, cleanliness, and food safety standards
Requirements:
Two to five years of retail management experience
Excellent customer service and sales abilities
French and English oral and written communication
Previous merchandising or presentation experience
Passion for premium chocolate and selling
