This role is for you if you thrive in a social environment, and you have strong conflict resolution skills. Mercedes-Benz Brampton is looking for a Receptionist & Licensing Clerk to add to their team in Brampton.
The Receptionist & Licensing Clerk is the face of the dealership and is responsible for greeting all customers and to file vehicle licensing paperwork.
The Receptionist & Licensing Clerk works closely with all departments within the dealership and are knowledgeable in directing customers to the appropriate departments or team members.

- Stocking in new & used vehicles into inventory.
- Assist and host customers over the phone and in the showroom.
- Keep reception area, showroom and lunchroom cleaned and organized.
- General administrative duties.
- Experience in a dealership would be considered an asset.
- Previous experience working in Reception or Licensing Clerk is preferred.
- Prior experience in a customer service role.
- Experience working with OneEighty software considered an asset.
- Excellent customer service skills.
