As a Pro Shop Attendant, you will contribute to the effective day-to-day operation of the pro shop by helping customers with equipment rental transactions, maintenance, cleaning, and services to the public. Primary duties include:

Provide exceptional customer service and assist with customer questions and concerns.
Ensure cleanliness of the rental shop, surrounding area, and equipment.
Perform rental equipment tuning, regular maintenance, and repairs.
Ensure all rental equipment transactions are accurately processed in accordance with training.
Sell items/transactions and handle cash; utilize the point-of-sale machine.
Assist with inventory processes such as rotating and displaying product.
Communicate in person and via radio with the team on a daily basis.
Qualifications
Minimum 16 years of age.
A completed High School diploma or equivalency (such as GED) is an asset.
Experience working in retail or rental shops would be considered an asset.
Success in this role requires strong cash handling abilities and basic math skills.
Excellent communication with an emphasis on customer service, and a willingness to take initiative and solve problems is essential.
Able to work independently or as part of a team and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational and time management skills, strong attention to detail and excellent customer service orientation.
Strong interpersonal skills combined with a high level of enthusiasm and a willingness to take initiative and solve problems.
Reliability and dependability are also essential.
Pre-employment Requirements
Current Intermediate First Aid certification (equivalent to Standard First Aid, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) level "C", and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) is required.
A valid Security Clearance with Vulnerable Sector Search must be provided for those over 18 years of age and a valid Police Information Check must be provided for those under 18 years of age. Date of completion must be within the last 12 months.

Compensation: $17.83 - 25.17 per hour
Days of Work: This position works weekdays,
evening and weekend shifts as required.

hours based on operational requirements.
