We are seeking an experienced Senior Agile Coach in Toronto to join our Global Agile CoE. As an Agile Coach, you will play a crucial role in driving agile transformation and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within our organization.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, continuous delivery and outcome-driven decision-making

Learning from data and take decision from it

Support collaboration between cross-functional product teams (PO, Full-Stack Developers, Data Professionals, UX/UI) & business stakeholders Identify and Remove impediments for continuous flow and improvement.

Drive organizational change and support teams to embrace a product mindset through their agile transformation journey.

Mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team members

Promote agile values, principles, and mindset across the organization

Collaborate with stakeholders to align agile practices in service of achieving business objectives.

Develop best practices and templates for contracting with vendors providing Agile delivery services.

Contribute to setup and ongoing improvement of Agile CoE’s training packages, service offerings and practices.

Suggest organizations policies to support Agile ways of working

Education requirements : Bachelors degree required.

Proven success in coaching Product Owners and teams to scale products across multiple countries and stakeholders

• Track-record of success as an Agile Coach in complex environments
• Experience in working in domain knowledge (e.g. knowledge of industry regulations, domain-specific metrics, and business processes)
• Proven participation in successful, global agile transformation.

Technical Skills

Solid knowledge of Lean & Agile practices, UX/UI and Application Design & Integration

Demonstrated understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks relevant to highly regulated industries.

Strong facilitation, teaching, mentoring and coaching skills.

Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmap development, backlog management, and release planning for achieving significant outcomes

Excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skills for effective coaching and team influence

Be comfortable promoting a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement within the team
