Business Analyst - Support H/F
Position: Senior Business Analyst
Duration: 6 Months assignment (contract)
Client Location: Toronto ( Onsite/Hybrid : 7.25 hours/day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday)
This position is provisionally Onsite/Hybrid , requiring 7.25 hours per calendar day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM , Monday to Friday (excluding breaks). We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support internal IT infrastructure initiatives by bridging business needs with technical delivery teams. The role involves business analysis, governance support through ITSM, coordination of changes, and reporting across infrastructure, operations, security, and service management domains.
Conduct business analysis for infrastructure initiatives, including requirements gathering and validation.
Support planning and execution of internal IT infrastructure projects.
Support infrastructure lifecycle management, ensuring accurate tracking of systems from deployment to retirement.
Monitor, track, and report on currency upgrades across infrastructure assets.
Maintain and update dashboard reporting (ServiceNow / Power BI / SharePoint).
Provide project coordination, including documentation, scheduling, and stakeholder updates.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst within IT infrastructure or service management environments.
Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies (servers, networks, cloud, storage, security).
Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
Solid knowledge of ITIL / ITSM change management processes.
SharePoint experience
Power BI reporting/dashboarding
ServiceNow reporting
Security Clearance
