As the Branch Manager youll play a key role in achieving our clients business plan objectives and meeting the expectations of owners customers and employees. You will lead a dedicated team manage physical and financial resources effectively and ensure the branchs profitability and growth. Achieve financial goals including sales targets budgets and cost control.
Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and new customers; Partner with other branch managers and business areas to implement best practices and ensure consistent processes.
Strong commercial and financial acumen preferably within retail agricultural or mechanical sectors.
A strong emphasis on sales and customer satisfaction.
Excellent analytical business planning problem-solving and communication skills.
