Responsibilities:
Greet, assist and thank customers in a friendly manner, over the phone and in person.
Process customer purchases.
Operate cash register.
Respond to and handle customer inquiries, requests and concerns over the phone and in person.
Maintain all checkout work stations.
Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.

Requirements / Skills
No experience is required!!! – We will provide all the training you need!
Ability to work shifts (days, evenings, week-ends and holidays)
Approachable
Ability to handle physical demands including standing/walking for 8 hours
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail
Ability to find solutions to problems, adapt and cope with challenging situations and make decisions
Ability to operate cash register (asset)
