As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team, which currently consists of an HR Director, HR Manager, and HR/Payroll Administrator.
Position Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Kingsley Management, you will play a pivotal role in supporting various talent functions within the organization. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure efficient recruitment.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including screening resumes, conducting the initial interview, scheduling interviews with hiring managers, providing candidate feedback, extending job offers, and onboarding new employees
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs
Track and report recruitment metrics
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques
• Pay Range: $65,000-75,000 CAD
