The Apprentice is a 3rd or 4th year Electrical Apprentice with relevant industrial or commercial experience who is committed to delivering safe, high-quality work that meets client needs. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist Journeyman Electricians with installation of industrial electrical systemsInterpret drawings, schematics, and electrical codesInstall motors, PLCs, control circuits, conduit, wiring, and panelsSupport three-phase systems and motor terminationsFollow Canadian Electrical Code (CEC), company procedures, and OHS safety standardsOther duties as requiredQualifications / RequirementsIndentured 3rd or 4th year Electrical Apprentice with provincial regulatory bodyFamiliar with the Canadian Electrical Code (CEC)Valid H2S Alive, Fall Protection, Standard First Aid (Level A or C with CPR/AED), and CSTS 2020.Able to read electrical drawings, schematics, and P&IDsStrong safety focus and good communication skillsFlexible availability for shift work, overtime, and weekends, with a strong focus on safety and self-directionValid driver's licenseAbility to work in various environments, including heights, confined spaces, and outdoor conditions.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive hourly wageOvertime opportunities paid at 1.5x the regular hourly rateComprehensive extended health benefits after 3 months, including dental and vision coverage, physiotherapy, massage therapy, and mental health support, etc.Retirement savings plan with employer matchingEmployee Referral Bonus Program, offering up to $1,000 per successful referralApprenticeship tuition reimbursement programStarter Toolkit available for purchase for those entering the tradesWhy Work For PTWBuild Your Trade.
