Product Developer II
Are you interested in working in the cannabis industry? Our client is a leading Canadian licensed producer of high-quality medical and recreational cannabis, and are looking to grow their team in Moncton , New Brunswick .
The Ingestibles Product Developer II, plays a critical role in bridging upstream product development and transfer for commercialization for ingestible cannabis products (gummies and beverages). This position ensures that new technologies and formulations developed by the teams are scalable, reproducible, and ready for transfer to commercial R&D teams.
Bachelor's or Masters degree in science or related discipline (process or chemical engineering, food or formulation science, chemistry, material science)
Experience in product development within cannabis, food or beverage industries
Knowledge of nanoemulsions, gummies and beverages manufacturing processes
