Together Raise and Enbridge are building teams that are rising to meet the growing energy needs of North America. Enbridge is hiring a Natural Gas Scheduler right nowwhen you apply Raise will review your application within 48 hours and contact qualified applicants for interviews.
Our team is responsible for achieving revenue targets ensuring operational excellence and delivering outstanding customer service. We manage natural gas flow requests daily ensuring timely and accurate service for all Enbridge Gas customers and suppliers at the Dawn Hub and various pipelines.
As a Natural Gas Scheduler you will gain valuable insights into the natural gas market and have the opportunity to build relationships with various Enbridge Gas departments and customers. Issue and confirm natural gas flow requests for Enbridge Gas customers suppliers and pipelines.
transmission pipeline interconnects storage facilities and third-party transmission pipelines.
Prepare accurate monthly activity statements for EGI customers used for invoicing and verification of Enbridges gas supply and transportation invoices.
Respond to inquiries from pipelines suppliers and customers ensuring any discrepancies are resolved promptly and professionally.
Develop and maintain positive business relationships with customers agents marketers and interconnecting pipelines.
Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to GMS Analysts customers and stakeholders.
Excel Word Web browsers) is required.
Ability to quickly learn information technology systems used to enable GMS business processes is an asset.
Availability and willingness to work day and evening rotations including weekends and an on-call schedule. Sample rotations include day (8:00 am-5:00 pm) evening (2:00 pm 11:00 pm) and weekend (10:00 am 11:00 pm).
Successful applicants will be employees of Raise working at Enbridge facilities with both Enbridge and contract employees.
