We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Answer phone calls and direct them to appropriate personnel.
- Assist clients with inquiries regarding policies and services.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist with customer service tasks as needed.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in the insurance or financial sector.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help clients.
