Construction site helper/ Labourer

Dream is looking for a Site Labourer!
Dream's Income Properties team is growing and is currently looking for Site Labourer who will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day construction operations and maintenance of our construction sites.

This role will require participation in our commercial construction and residential projects. Perform site construction tasks;
Ensure our commercial projects and homes are ready for the trades as the build schedule progresses;
Ensure our job sites are accessible and safe at all times with the goal of preventing injuries and eliminating hazards for our trade partners and employees;
Collect and dispose of construction waste and recycle materials where applicable;
Loading and unloading of construction material;
Perform paperwork or administration activities related to job sites in a timely manner;
Other duties and projects as required.
These are just the basic things we'd like you to bring to the table:

• 2+ years' of construction related experience, commercial and residential experience is preferred;
• High School Diploma, completion of Trade School with focus on construction would be an asset;
• Ability to operate a skidsteer and telehandler is an asset;
