Corporate Services Clerk
Watson Goepel LLP is a growing and dynamic full-service law firm based in downtown Vancouver additional offices located in West Vancouver & Calgary, Alberta. We offer a professional, collegial, and collaborative work environment, competitive salary, and rewarding opportunities. We are a looking for Corporate Services Clerk to join our Corporate Services Department in our Vancouver office. This position reports to the Corporate Services Supervisor.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Prepare monthly billing for the Corporate Services department, including annual maintenance billing
Handle all incoming mail for the corporate records department
Draft routine correspondence
Conduct BC Online searches
Update ALF database
Assist with overflow work
Graduate of an accredited Legal Administrative Assistant or Administrative Assistant program
Experience working in a law firm or office environment an asset
Interest in corporate law
Previous corporate experience an asset
Solid proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel), Adobe & ALF
