As Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll be the strategic mind powering our financial storytelling. The work you do will impact beauty nationwide, as you shape forecasting, budgeting, and insights that fuel our retail, online, and omni business decisions.

You’ll be part of a collaborative finance team that’s united in beauty, supported by partners across Canada and North America who are equally passionate about turning data into direction. In this role, you’ll explore the financial implications of new initiatives, guide business planning, and bring clarity through reporting and analysis—all while flexing your curiosity, analytical strength, and love for Excel and financial systems.

Own key P&L and financial statement areas, assessing risks, re‑forecasting, driving profitability insights, supporting month‑end close, and shaping long‑term strategy to build a business plan aligned with current trends
Ensure all forecasts reflect up‑to‑date trends, shifts, and relevant business inputs
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports with clear variance analysis and insightful commentary
Deliver analysis and reporting that blends financial and non‑financial insights, including recurring results, forecast decks, and ad‑hoc business cases
Support the monthly close process with accurate and timely variance reports and analysis
Partner with cross‑functional teams to gather financial data and deepen understanding of business operations
Support ad‑hoc projects, financial analysis, and reporting requests as they arise

Undergraduate degree in business or finance, with a solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements

• 2–3 years of experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or accounting; Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate across teams, including non‑finance partners
• Familiarity with Excel and financial systems
• Comfort with Excel modeling and financial systems, ideally including SAP Business Objects
