The Product Manager is to act as a bridge between the business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that the product meets customer needs and aligns with the company's strategic objectives.

We’re real people helping other real people solve their problems and we do it because that’s what good people do. Feature Exploration: Lead the charge in identifying and prioritizing new product features, backed by robust market research and data analysis.

Execute the strategic product roadmap by translating high-level initiatives into concrete, actionable tasks for the development team.

Backlog Management: Curate and prioritize our product backlog based on customer needs and strategic imperatives.

Quality Assurance: Work hand-in-hand with QA teams to maintain the highest quality standards for our products, ensuring customer satisfaction at every turn.

3-5 years of proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and innovative tech environment.

• Experience with payments, retail technology, or POS systems is a strong asset.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and make informed, data driven decisions.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and ability to turn a vision into a series of backlog items, and know how to sequence the work to maximize value for users.
• Familiarity with product tools such as Jira, Confluence, Productboard, Azure DevOps, or similar

Bilingual in English and French
