Salesforce Developer

At CGI we are looking for the creative and passionate Salesforce developer with a proven background in Agile/Waterfall/RAD development. The successful candidate must be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast paced and challenging environment and be able to work directly with clients and other CGI team members so communication and presentation skills are equally as key as the proven technical excellence that this candidate must demonstrate.

Review and validate AWS infrastructure setup for EventBridge-based integrations.

• Assist with Salesforce development (consume Platform Events and develop Apex Triggers/Flows).
• Collaborate with Salesforce and Oracle ERP teams to support integration workflows.
• Ownership of all technical aspects of Salesforce.com, including data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, AppExchange products, and custom code
• Technical leadership, setting best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement
• Hands-on experience with AWS services, particularly EventBridge, and the ability to assess infrastructure for correctness and efficiency
• Basic experience with Salesforce development (Platform Events, Flows, and Apex Triggers).
• Candidate should have working experience as Salesforce developer providing customization, development, enhancement and support for Saleforce.com CRM Applications
• Data modeling
• Unit testing
• DevOps and CI/CD
• Must have at least 5+ Years of SFDC development experience (Certified Salesforce.Solid understanding of and detailed experience with Salesforce.Detailed experience writing Visualforce and Queueable apex
• Must have hands on experience on Lightning web components.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud
• Experience using Salesforce data tools
• Strong understanding of relational databases
• Demonstrative success with multiple Salesforce.com integration projects
• Experience integrating Salesforce.Experience with scripted data loader, web services, cloud or on-premise middleware and other enterprise integrating technologies
• Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users
• Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and delivery teams
