Dental Assistant, Dentistry

Our dental office is looking for a caring Certified Dental Assistant (Level 1 or Level 2) to work with us in our dental office. Our office would love to hire an exceptional, experienced dental assistant who takes pride in their work, and can be a valued member of our dental team. Dental Assisting Experience in a Canadian Office is a strong asset, (new grads are strongly encouraged to apply as well).

Position Requirements:
HARP Certification.
Dental assisting experience is a strong asset.
Sterilization/Instrument Reprocessing experience is a strong asset.
Must be able to work some evenings during the week (we are off on all Fridays and Sundays).
Must be able to work selected Saturdays (2 Saturdays per month).
Must have good communication skills and comfortable with phone calls and administrative duties
Must be familiar with taking impressions and x-rays.
Must be familiar with assisting/supporting dentists during preventative and restorative procedures.
Computer knowledge is an asset.
An independent, dedicated, committed and caring individual.
