The Reliability Engineer role is focused on developing and implementing corporate preventive and predictive maintenance systemsprimarily using IBM Maximo CMMSfor manufacturing facilities. The goal is to enhance plant equipment availability safety quality and operational efficiency through best-in-class reliability strategies.
Lead the updates and creation of assets spare parts lists and PMs (routes and job tasks) for existing equipment/systems.
Modify existing PMs as needed based on recommendations from the reliability and maintenance personnel and completing PM optimizations.
Provide necessary service support and training to Plant Maximo users utilizing the Maximo Best Practices.
Maintain a strong working relationship with the Maintenance and Operations employees.
Completion of University degree in Engineering (preferably in Mechanical Engineering)
- Good working knowledge of standard equipment used in production facilities motors pumps couplings speed reducers actuators linear & rotational bearings conveyors and electrical/pneumatic components/equipment.
- Proficiency with Maximo or similar CMMS and MS Office.
