As Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), you’ll be both architect and operator—leading planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across global functions while rolling up your sleeves to build models, dig into data, and drive clarity. You’ll serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership and a cross-functional catalyst for smarter, faster decisions. Lead global budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across departments
Build and maintain dynamic financial models to support scenario planning and strategic decision-making
Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders
Drive automation and process improvement across FP&A workflows
Be hands-on with Excel, NetSuite, and other financial systems—this is not a “review and delegate” role
Major contributor to the company’s M&A and post-merger integration strategy and execution
MBA or CPA/CFA designation

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce.Datarails, Mosiac) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

Exposure to M&A modeling or capital planning
Experience in remote-first or hybrid teams
