Manager, Finance - Financial Planning & Analysis

In this managerial role, you'll collaborate closely with the Director and senior team members to oversee financial performance for Joe Fresh International. Essential tasks include managing the full P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and preparing key financial reports. Your leadership will also guide daily operations and support ad-hoc projects for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the complete P&L for the Joe Fresh business
Oversee financial results, budgeting, and forecasting
Support daily finance functions and interdepartmental communications
Review and approve financial transactions as necessary
Prepare financial planning and analysis for the standalone business

Requirements:

Over 5 years in Financial Planning and Analysis
Strong business acumen and improvement focus
Self-starter with teamwork capabilities
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling
CPA designation is a plus
