Assistant Store Manager (Operations) About Greelz
Greelz is a fast-growing Afro-fusion street food brand redefining Nigerian cuisine in Toronto. Known for bold flavors, high-quality ingredients, and a strong cultural identity, we are building a scalable food business rooted in consistency, speed, and customer experience.
As we expand, we are looking for an Assistant Store Manager (Operations) to help bring structure, efficiency, and leadership to our day-to-day operations.
This role is ideal for a high-performing QSR Supervisor or Shift Lead ready to step into a leadership position within a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
The Assistant Store Manager will support daily operations, oversee team performance, ensure consistent customer experience, and help implement systems that improve efficiency and scalability.
Operations Management
Support and oversee daily store operations across front-of-house and kitchen
Ensure service speed, food quality, and order accuracy meet Greelz standards
Manage high-volume service periods effectively
Supervise and support FOH and BOH staff during shifts
Assist in onboarding and training new team members
Customer Experience
Ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience
Address customer concerns promptly and professionally
Maintain strong organization across store operations
Support inventory awareness and stock management
Performance & Growth Support
Support implementation of new processes and systems
Minimum 3+ years experience in a fast-paced QSR environment
(Experience in a Supervisor or Shift Lead role
Proven ability to manage high-volume service environments
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work under pressure and maintain performance standards
Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage teams effectively
Passion for food and delivering quality experiences
