IMMEDIATE HIRING - Warehouse Shipper , Antigonish, NS

Feeds ‘n Needs is hiring… a Shipper to join our team in Antigonish, NS. If you are local to the area and available to work full time, we want to hear from You!

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Warehouse Shipper coordinates incoming shipments, processes documents verifying product and quantities; storing, rotating, monitoring and counting inventory; organizing and maintaining the warehouse, yard and store. We count on you to bring a professional and positive attitude and a passion for excellent customer service. Complete all paperwork required for assigned tasks ensuring proper documentation for Food Safety and follow quality standards

Ability to follow strict manufacturing practices and safety policies

Ability to communicate and write in English

Training on the job plus specialized (formal) training

Animal health and/or horticultural knowledge required

Proficiency in cash handling, MS Office, and other computer applications

Knowledge or experience in a mill, warehouse, greenhouse, or farm preferred, with forklift driving skills
