Assistant Front Office / Desk Manager

Position Type: Permanent
Oversee the daily front office operations ensuring seamless check-ins smooth departures and an exceptional guest journey.
Hiring coaching developing and performance managing the Front Desk team
Improve service delivery by streamlining procedures and removing obstacles that hinders service
Develop visionary proposals aimed at improving service climate colleague moral and shareholder return
Manage staff schedules and handle payroll processing.
Practicing room yield management to ensure maximum profitability of overall operations
Oversee inventory management including room types and categories.
Previous supervisory or management experience in front office operations
Hotel Operations diploma or degree from a recognized institute an asset
Operational knowledge and use of Opera and Microsoft Office Suite
You may be required to work on holidays weekends overnights and other non-day shifts. Submission of your application to Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise indicates that you are able to meet these requirements as needed.
