We’re hiring an Inside Account Manager to work directly with a Senior Sales Leader supporting high-value enterprise customers.
You’ll be the go-to partner on our key accounts, driving action, elevating the customer experience, and helping unlock new revenue.
Partner with a Senior Sales Leader to support and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts
Follow-ups, documentation, CRM updates, meeting prep, reporting, and action tracking will be core responsibilities of this role
Support customer relationships by responding to inquiries, coordinating solutions, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience
Help identify growth opportunities within existing accounts by asking smart questions and leveraging data / insights
Prepare and support sales proposals, quotes, presentations, and executive-level meetings
Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, staying organized, calm, and solution-focused
Resilient & adaptable - you stay composed with shifting priorities, tight timelines, and high expectations, handling pressure and feedback with maturity.
Curious & analytical - you have a need to understand how customers’ businesses work and how we can add value
Strong at time management - you can juggle multiple accounts and tasks effectively and with ease
Comfortable with enterprise customers and engaging with senior stakeholders and C-suite executives
Collaborative & professional communicator - with internal teams and with customers respectively
Post-secondary education, preferably in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related
- 2+ years’ experience in inside sales, field sales, account management, customer success, or business development in a B2B environment
- Understanding of basic corporate financials (balance sheets, income statements, cashflow, ROI)
- Strong research skills using online / external tools
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills (in person and virtual)
- Comfortable using MS Office, Teams, and CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent)
- Bilingual in English and French is an asset

You will earn a competitive base salary starting at $58,000 - $63,000
