Construction Management Coordinator

This role plays a key role in planning, organizing, and monitoring multi-site construction projects across our expanding clinic network. You will support teams in executing projects on time, within budget, and aligned with quality standards.

Experience in construction within multi-site medical or dental environments is required.
Support the Construction Manager in planning, executing, and tracking projects
Coordinate activities between internal teams, contractors, and external partners
Maintain accurate project documentation (plans, schedules, budgets, progress reports)
Organize and lead project follow-up meetings (notes, minutes, action items)
Monitor project deliverables and identify risks or gaps
Participate in risk analysis and mitigation planning
Support management of resources, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors
Contribute to the continuous improvement of construction management processes
Receive, verify, and code project invoices
Receive and present project quotes
College or university degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field
~2+ years of multi-site construction experience, preferably in medical or dental clinic environments, or a similar construction project coordination role

Outstanding communication skills – clear, open communication that keeps project teams aligned

Excellent organizational skills – strong task planning and time management

Problem-solving mindset – proactively manage challenges and unexpected issues

Specialized knowledge – stay current with industry practices and project requirements

Ability to commute regularly to project sites
