About Us A profitable, family-run, growing group of companies in the Industrial Packaging and Distribution space. We serve customers across North America, with core operations and leadership based in Canada. Data should drive decisions, not sit in dashboards.
This role works across Finance, Sales, and Marketing to provide visibility into performance and help guide decision-making.
You’ll own reporting and analytics across the business, building dashboards, working with large datasets, and partnering with stakeholders to understand what’s driving results.
This is a hands-on role with a strong execution focus, but you’ll also be expected to go beyond reporting and help teams understand what the data means.

You’re a detail-oriented Data Analyst who enjoys working with both data and people.
You’re comfortable building dashboards, working with large datasets, and ensuring data accuracy. You’re reliable, organized, and proactive in identifying opportunities to improve reporting and data processes.

Strong experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards (DAX, Power Query preferred)
Experience ensuring data accuracy through validation, cleansing, and quality checks
Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation
Ability to translate data into clear, practical insights for business teams
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, Sales, or Marketing)
Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis
3–5+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or similar roles

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field
Strong understanding of business metrics (revenue, sales performance, margins, etc.)
Strong communication skills with non-technical stakeholders

Experience with Snowflake, PostgreSQL, or Azure-based environments
Experience with data pipeline tools (e.g., Full-time, on-site (5 days/week) with flexible hours
Cross-functional exposure across Finance, Sales, and Marketing
