Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate would be a highly skilled individual responsible for installing maintaining repairing and troubleshooting machinery in a manufacturing plant. This role involves interpreting blueprints technical manuals aligning and assembling machinery performing preventive maintenance diagnosing mechanical issues and using precision tools to ensure accurate installation and repairs.

Responsibilities:

F ully embrace and participate in all QHSE programs in particular STOP intervention QHSE Observations Accident / Incident Reporting QHSE Auditing and good housekeeping practices.
Maintain and update Preventative maintenance records.
Main liaison for 3rd Party Services personnel regarding maintenance jobs.
Completing general maintenance works (electrical/plumbing)
Control all lock out / tag out processes.
General office maintenance
Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and materials
Support on continual maintenance improvement programs.
A ttend and participate in all training provided by the Company and commit to all Management System changes approved by Management.
Immediately stop all jobs where any defect/process failure/machine malfunction etc. is seen and report immediately to Line supervisor.

Requirements:

Preference given to applicants with a Journeyman Millwright trade certificate or equivalent.
Minimum 5 - 10 years experience.
Electrical / Mechanical knowledge to support facility maintenance.
A bility to adapt to changing demands / deadlines.
Analyzing skills to identify areas of improvement.
Able to take direction and complete assigned tasks timely.
Good understanding and attitude towards HSE systems in the workplace.
