Magnet Forensics is on the lookout for a Senior Software Engineer to join the Customer Hosted Review Team which is responsible for building the next generation of Digital Forensics products enhancing collaboration between various stakeholders in the agencies.
The Customer Hosted Engineering Team focuses on producing software that solves the most important problems faced by digital forensics and evidence review professionals today. Our web-based interface enables examiners to easily review, visualize, and report on the evidence they recover.

Develop efficient, modular, and maintainable software solutions;
Guide best practices for building, delivering and maintaining multiple source code projects;
4+ years of experience with C#;

• 2+ years of ReactJS or similar frontend framework;
• Proficiency using Git based version control systems;
• Proficiency using relational databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL);
• Proficiency in a testing framework (i.e. Experience with Jenkins/GitLab/Azure DevOps.

Experience with other Object-Oriented languages (i.e. Python);
Experience in Linux environments, including shell scripting, etc;
Elasticsearch, Redis, PostgreSQL JSONB, and etc.);

MIN: $107,200 - MID: $134,000 - MAX: $160,800 CAD
