Full Time/Part Time Contractor Physical Therapist

Community Advantage Rehabilitation (CAR), a Spectrum Health Care company, is seeking Registered Physiotherapists to provide ministry‑funded physiotherapy services to adult clients in the community.
This independent contractor role offers a highly flexible work schedule, with part‑time or full‑time opportunities based on your preferred caseload. Compensation is per visit, allowing you to focus on delivering high‑quality, client‑centered care. Estimated annual earning potential is between $82,000 - $102,000, however actual earnings may vary based on service volumes.

Independent management of a hybrid caseload, with the option to provide virtual visits and assessments
The opportunity to make a valued and appreciated contribution to promoting health, independence, and well‑being within the communities where clients live
Provide ministry‑funded, community‑based physiotherapy services within clients’ homes and/or through virtual service delivery
Complete comprehensive physiotherapy assessments using interviews, standardized tools, and informal assessment techniques in areas including:
Neurology
Orthopedics
Assign, supervise, and monitor physiotherapy assistants, when appropriate
Provide education to clients and caregivers and connect them to appropriate community resources
Documentation aligned with referral source requirements and College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO) standards

Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (required)
Valid G2 or G driver’s license with access to a reliable vehicle for community travel
Community‑based physiotherapy experience is an asset, however new graduates are welcome
Excellent verbal, written, and report‑writing communication skills
Proficiency with computer applications, including MS Office Suite and proprietary clinical software
