As the entry level HR Generalist, you will be joining our small but dynamic HR team! In this role you will gain diverse experience in all areas of HR from employee engagement, recruitment and new hire onboarding, group benefit and payroll administration, HRIS management and much more!

As the HR Generalist, you will:

Manage the life-cycle recruitment process: creating and promoting job postings, scheduling and conducting interviews and reference checks, and presenting employment offers.
Coordinate and facilitate learning and development opportunities in-house or with external vendors
Administer Employee Engagement Surveys & the annual Employee Service Award Program
Social, Community Giving, Health and Safety Committees
Collect and analyze human resources data
Assist with payroll and benefits administration
Administer the HRIS (BambooHR) including onboarding, training, performance management, etc.
2+ years of experience in Human Resources

• Post-Secondary Education in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• Ability to manage multiple HR initiatives in a fast-paced environment
• The annual base salary is determined through comprehensive market research and considers factors including qualifications, skills, education, relevant experience, work location, internal equity, and alignment with local and industry market data.
