This includes but is not limited to greeting visitors and providing orientation; selling passes and merchandise, daily cleaning of campground washroom and other facilities, campsite cleaning/maintenance, grounds cleaning and litter picking and emptying of trash and recycling receptacles.

We are currently seeking to fill two Visitor Services Attendant II positions at Point Pelee National Park. We are looking for a passionate and visitor focused team member who will work with others to provide exceptional service to visitors at the site. Bilingual - Imperative (BBB/BBB) Education : A secondary school diploma OR an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience. courses taken through continuing education facilities, colleges, universities, professional or governmental organizations or employers AND
A minimum of 1 year providing customer service and using point of sale system.
Experience in interacting with the public in a reception/orientation capacity;

Knowledge of services, programs, and fees of Point Pelee National Park.
Personal Suitability :
Willingness to work irregular hours, overtime, weekends and/or statutory holidays and provincial/territorial holidays, when required.
Make moderate physical effort to sit and stand for prolonged periods and/or to clean facilities/grounds;
Occasionally be exposed to noxious odours from car fumes, to dust, cleaning products and wet conditions.
Reliability Status security clearance
Work outdoors in varying temperatures and inclement weather;
Work and/or travel in varied terrains and by various means of transportation;
