Parts Advisor Location: About Us: The Taylor Automotive Group is an industry leader with a commitment to quality and integrity. We are seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join our dynamic team.
A Parts Advisor is a customer-facing specialist who helps identify, order, and sell the correct parts for client's vehicles. They serve both retail customers and the service department, requiring strong knowledge of dealership parts systems and inventory management. The role combines technical automotive expertise with customer service skills, involving sales transactions, stock control, warranty processing, and problem-solving when parts are unavailable. Success requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while coordinating between customers, technicians, and suppliers.
Ability to build strong customer relationships, listening attentively and communicating effectively.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with service management software.
Flexible and able to adapt to changing tasks and customer needs.
Skilled in creating win-win scenarios for customers and the dealership.
