The Selector II is a key member of the warehouse team responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting and preparing customer orders for delivery. Accurately select and gather products from warehouse shelves according to customer orders using pick sheets, voice-directed systems, or other order fulfillment technologies.
Ensure the correct quantity, quality, and product codes are selected for each order.
Stage selected products for loading onto delivery trucks in a timely and organized manner, optimizing space utilization.
Inventory Accuracy:
Identify and report any discrepancies or discrepancies in inventory to supervisors.
Assist with cycle counts and inventory adjustments as needed.
Safely and efficiently operate material handling equipment such as electric pallet jacks, order pickers, and voice-directed picking systems.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
May assist in training new selectors on safe work practices and order selection procedures.
Collaborate with other warehouse personnel to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.

Equipment Operation: Proficiency in operating material handling equipment such as electric pallet jacks, order pickers, and voice-directed picking systems.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy when selecting and staging orders.
Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and assist in training new team members.

Forklift certification preferred.
Voice-directed picking system training preferred.

High school diploma or GED
