Responsibilities

Data Input: Accurately enter and update diverse client information transaction records and performance metrics into the CRM and proprietary databases.

Verification & Resolution: Meticulously verify data against source documents proactively identifying and resolving any inconsistencies or discrepancies.

Data Integrity: Conduct routine data audits and cleanup procedures to actively maintain the high integrity and quality of the stored information.

Reporting Assistance: Support internal teams by assisting in the generation of standardized reports and necessary data extracts.

Process Documentation: Document detailed data entry procedures and contribute constructive suggestions for workflow and process enhancements.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Demonstrable attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Typing speed of 40 words per minute with consistent accuracy.

Basic familiarity with Microsoft Excel (sorting filtering) or the ability and willingness to learn these tools quickly.

Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and follow data security best practices.

Dependable work habits and the ability to follow written procedures and checklists.

Preferred Qualifications:

Some coursework or certificate in data management administration or a related discipline.

Previous data entry administrative or internship experience (including volunteer or academic projects).

Familiarity with CRM systems or database tools.

Experience performing basic data quality checks audits or cleanup tasks.

Comfort with additional Excel functions (simple formulas VLOOKUP) or exposure to data-cleaning tools.
