As a Medical Office Assistant at our Ontario Assessment Clinic, you will build upon your past administrative experience to ensure our office operates at peak efficiency while upholding our high standard of client-centred care.

The range for this role is expected to be $18.00-23.00 per hour. Provide excellent customer service

Answer and triage phone calls

A diploma in Medical Office Administration

Experience in customer service and a commitment to high-quality client care

Previous EMR (Accuro) and specialist office experience are assets

Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare as well as organizational/specialist office practices, procedures and standards

Proficiency in English, both written and verbal

A pleasant and courteous approach to interacting with clients in person and on the phone

An ability to adapt in a fast-paced, demanding specialist office needs
