We seek an enthusiastic, team-oriented Construction Remediation Project Manager to join our Remediation team in Hamilton, ON . This is a new role which offers the opportunity to work on diverse and meaningful projects across the mining, waste management, oil and gas, industrial, municipal, provincial, and federal sectors.

Provide leadership and project management expertise on environmental assessment and remediation projects.

Serve as the client liaison, ensuring strong relationships and high client satisfaction.

Oversee project performance, ensuring compliance with scope, budget, and schedule.

Communicate regularly with regulators, clients, and internal technical teams.

Prepare and review technical reports, regulatory submittals, and project documentation.

Supervise subcontractors, field staff, and multidisciplinary technical teams.

Exhibit personal safety leadership in all aspects of project execution.

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.

Minimum 6 years of experience in environmental remediation and/or reclamation projects.

Proven experience managing Phase I, II, and III Environmental Site Assessments.

At least 6 years of proven project management experience.

Experience with regulatory applications and documentation in Alberta.

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and client management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word.
• Willingness to adopt and learn digital tools, including AI-based solutions.
