THE LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATOR ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU ARE: Committed to personal excellence, driven to succeed with a "can do" attitude Flexible and adaptable Lifelong learner driven for personal growth and learning You are a representative of your community and committed to giving back Ensure projects are estimated according to approved plans, specifications, shop drawings, and applicable building codes. Assist with the development of schedules with the Project Team to meet milestones and completion dates. Set up all projects from an administrative standpoint, utilizing all current internal process & Tools Putting project tenders packages together and submitting to subcontractors for RFP's. Provide clear direction to team members to ensure project targets are achieved. Attend Project Meetings with multiple stakeholders, anticipate stakeholder needs, and proactively identifying solutions to support ongoing projects. Attend Planning Meetings to identify and manage opportunities and risks to achieve the best possible results for scope, quality, schedule, and financial targets. Support and maintain a healthy, happy work environment and corporate culture. Manage the procurement process, and maintain, track, and report financial aspects of projects including Subcontractors, materials, coding, forecasts, and billings. Support Project Team through coaching, professional development, Weekly Team Huddles and GSR Meetings. Minimum of 5 years coordinating and estimating projects in the Landscape or Construction industry. Experience with Project management software tools and current technology. Experience with landscape installation techniques and their applications.
