The IT Network & Systems Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical support and administrative assistance to the Information Technology department, ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of the facility’s systems and network infrastructure. This role provides user support to the Canadian employee base, maintains hardware and software environments, supports operational technology needs in the manufacturing setting, and contributes to IT projects as assigned by the IT Manager.
