18-22 hours per week of direct client care, built in time for admin and team meetings.
4 weeks vacation

TAPP Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced Mental Health Nurse to join a multidisciplinary outpatient mental health team in Comox, BC.
This role focuses on delivering evidence-based mental health care to adults, with an emphasis on operational trauma, occupational health, and deployment-related care.
Intake, crisis interventions biopsychosocial assessment, individual therapy, medication monitoring.
Must use CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Strengths- Based, or Solution Focused Therapy Note:
Resume must demonstrate experience and professional development related to these treatment modalities.
Bachelors degree in Nursing from a recognized institution AND one of the following :
Post-graduate Certificate in Mental Health Nursing
CNA Certification in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing (CPMHN)
- Bachelor of Science in Psychiatric Nursing (or equivalent)
- Bachelors degree in Nursing from a recognized institution AND a Psychiatric Nursing diploma
Minimum 3 years of mental health nursing experience within the last 5 years (No gaps)
Experience in adult community mental health settings
Strong skills in psychotherapy, CBT , solution-focused therapy, and crisis intervention
Current RN license in British Columbia
