Job description Are you seeking a flexible position that offers a hybrid work model and competitive compensation? We are looking for an experienced Lawyer who can work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support client cases.
Represent clients in dealings with Canadian immigration authorities.
Assist clients with visa applications, ITCs, and permanent residency processes.
Provide expert guidance on immigration pathways, strategies, and policies.
Stay abreast of changes in immigration law and policy.
Expertise in legal writing and drafting.
Member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia (required).
JD or LLB degree from a Canadian Law School (required).
Job Type: Full-time
We are a full-service Law and CPA firm based in 22 offices in USA and India. We do corporate, tax, immigration, litigation, employment, entertainment, real estate, intellectual property, family law, and mergers & acquisition work.
