Business Development Manager- Property Management

Lead Belimo’s retrofit sales growth as the Business Development Manager in Montreal. Develop key relationships with property owners and institutions to promote energy-efficient HVAC solutions.

This role emphasizes market expansion through personal client interactions and strategic partnerships. Belimo seeks a motivated individual with 10+ years in technical sales and significant business development expertise. A successful candidate will demonstrate strong skills in negotiation, communication, and technical problem-solving relevant to HVAC solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create demand for Belimo products with end users
• Manage long-term relationships for service and retrofit sales
• Collaborate on retrofit growth strategies with sales managers
• Develop a Business Development Plan to build sales opportunities
• Use tools to show customer benefits of renewal programs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred
• 10+ years’ experience in technical sales (HVAC preferred)
• Bilingual in French required
• Strong strategic planning and implementation skills
• Proficient in basic computer tools with travel commitment
