Role Overview The Senior Full Stack Engineer will be hands‑on, delivering production‑ready code while helping drive system architecture, engineering culture, and high‑cadence delivery across a global, microservices‑based environment.
Propose ideas and solutions based on understanding broader business and technical needs.
Lead and influence engineering culture across teams.
Proactively identify risks, remove impediments, and communicate issues to program management.
Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements programmatically and innovatively.
Extensive experience in software engineering, with strong backend application design, development, and deployment.
Extensive experience designing schemas and working with PostgreSQL databases.
Strong experience with Java, preferably recent versions.
Experience migrating databases (e.g., MongoDB to PostgreSQL).
Experience leading engineering teams across global locations.
