Full time Parts Person needed

Forget entry-level counter work! As a Parts Person at Westerra Equipment, you’re a key link between customers, service technicians, and equipment uptime. You’ll use your experience to quickly identify parts, process orders accurately, and keep customers and internal teams moving without delay. Support customers and technicians with fast, effective solutions
Manage counter sales and provide professional customer service
Collaborate with service and sales teams to minimize downtime
Follow dealership SOPs and safety standards

We’re looking for proven experience, not on-the-job training.

• 2–4+ years of experience in a parts counter or parts department role
• Strong understanding of inventory, sourcing, and parts systems
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Computer proficiency (ERP systems an asset)
