Brainboss is seeking a motivated Marketing Talent to join our dynamic team at Brainboss. As a Marketing Specialist at Brainnboss, you will play a key role in crafting and executing effective marketing strategies to build brand awareness, engage our target audience, and support business growth. A key part of your role will be writing and editing compelling copy for various marketing materials, including our company’s website, training materials, product descriptions, and promotional content. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to ensure all messaging aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our audience.
Manage engaging content for social media platforms ( Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Write and edit compelling, persuasive, and engaging copy for BrainBoss’s website, training materials, blogs, newsletters, social media posts, and other marketing collateral.
Track social media performance through analytics and recommend optimizations.
Collect and analyze data on target markets, including demographics, behaviors, and preferences.
Create content for the firm’s website, social media channels, and newsletters.
Engage with followers, respond to comments, and grow the firm’s online presence .
Support the development of the firm’s brand guidelines to ensure consistency across marketing materials.
Research and suggest content types (e.g., blogs, videos, podcasts) that resonate with the firm’s target audience.
Help develop campaign themes that align with upcoming trends, seasonal opportunities, or industry events.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

You Are Fluent in English and preferably Dutch.
Recent graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply! with 1+ years of experience in marketing or digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on copywriting.
