Reporting to the Manager, Claims & Loss Prevention, your key responsibilities include:
Distributing incoming claims.
Ensuring data quality.
Overseeing administrative processes and team workflows.
Compiling and reporting data to the Manager.
Providing backup support for phone and reception duties.
Testing and training on new system functionalities.
Participating in project work and facilitating claims.
Post-secondary diploma in a related field is a strong asset.
Experience in administration and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Bilingualism is considered an asset.
23 Month Contract, Full-Time
