Williams Lake Smiles is seeking a full-time Dental Administrative Assistant to join our well-established and growing team.
Located in Williams Lake, our clinic has proudly served the community for over 30 years. As a Dental Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience. Promoting and coordinating recommended dental treatment
Assisting patients with financial inquiries and dental insurance coordination
Interpreting insurance information and processing claims
Assisting with other administrative tasks as required
Minimum one year of relevant administrative or dental office experience
Previous dental office experience is considered an asset
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
8-hour shifts
~ Monday - Friday
